About My Sweet Lilly
Located at 2013 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, My Sweet Lilly operates as an asian bakery serving Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Pittsburgh. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Pennsylvania are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9 amβ4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (412) 391-2040. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is mysweetlillypgh.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 255 reviews, which is a strong result for an asian bakery in Pittsburgh and suggests consistent service.
Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pittsburgh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I donβt know if we just visited on a really bad day but our treats were horrible. We are pretty big sweet fanatics, love any and all sweets. My husband especially likes things to be a little less sweet than I do but we truly arenβt picky. We ordered macarons, buckeyes and cannolis. Tried the macrons first, they were okay but not true macrons. They fell apart, very hallow and just not good. Glad we only got one each. Then we tried the buckeyes and they were horrible. The peanut butter was SO dry, I felt like I was eating a KFC biscuit. The chocolate had no flavor. I didnβt even want to finish it after the first bite but I drank a lot of water with it. Then the cannolis, typically our favorite things! These were actually disgusting and I could not even finish mine. My husband didnβt want to finish him. I think the filling must have been straight up ricotta, it was chunky and not sweet and also dry. There was very little taste, maybe even stale. We spent $25 and the stuff we ate was horrible and the rest will go in the garbage. Soooo disappointing!

My Sweet Lilly is a boutique bakery located in the heart of Pittsburgh's Strip District. It is uniquely known for catering to both people and their pets, offering a mix of traditional European-style pastries and gourmet dog treats. The shop has a charming, local feel with an artful display of colorful sweets that makes it a popular stop for those exploring the neighborhood. I highly recommend stopping here! The cannolis are delicious!

We stopped in to get some snacks for our doggo friends and ended up with treats for puppy and hoomans! Pistachio biscotti, Chocolate biscotti, Lady Locks, rolled pizzelle and a cannoli. The Lady Locks were light, airy and the cream was perfect!! The rolled pizzelle was crispy yet tender inside. The staff was SO very helpful and patient. They were very busy but didn't make us feel rushed or like we were hindering them.

This is THE BEST bakery in this area. Prices are very fair. Worth the angst on The Strip District. Go early. They have some unique baked goods for sure. They are also incredibly KIND! NOTE biscotti from My Sweet Lilly, is superior to other biscotti you'll find in The Strip District. It can be dry and flavorless., BUT NOT at Lilly's!

The aroma that greets you at the door when you enter is a pleasant savory smell! There are sweet treats all around the store! Everything looks so delicious! The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Prices were a bit high for the lack in quality of the baked goods! The oreo cheesecake was delicious but sadly that is were it ends. The peanut butter cookie was hard and had to be microwaved when returning home. The pineapple upside cake was a soggy, sticky mess and the tiramisu was extremely too sweet. In the end, My Sweet Lilly was worth the try but nothing spectacular!
